Hello and welcome at my homepage! I am Marina Kielmann, a former competitive figure skater and artistic roller skater from Germany. I started skating at the age of 4. In the early years of my career I skated pairs together with my skating partner Oliver Dörendahl. In 1981 we were Silver Medallist at the German Nationals. I continued my single career until 1990 by skating both, figure and roller skating. In roller skating I was twice German National Champion, in 1989 and in 1990. My highest achievements are the silver medal at the 1989 European Roller Skating Championships and the silver medal a the 1990 World Roller Skating Championships. After that I desiced to concentrate on figure skating only. I was German National Champion in three consecutive seasons from 1991 to 1993, was European Silver and Bronze Medallist. I was coached by my mother Heide Kielmann in Dortmund. In 1995 I turned professional. From 1996 to 1997 I toured with "Holiday on Ice" through Europe. Even today I am still skating at local shows from time to time.After my competitive career I started working as a coach in Dortmund.
